Karrie Baloga, a junior at Cornwall Central High in New York, secured fourth place overall at the Eastbay Cross Country Championships at Balboa Park's Morley Field in San Diego. Baloga, who was 11th as a freshman in 2019, earned All-America honors for the second time to help five Northeast scorers in the top 12 to prevail by a 29-54 margin over the Midwest. Baloga is the first New York female athlete to earn multiple All-America accolades since Aisling Cuffe of Cornwall Central was a three-time honoree from 2008-10.
